dc.description.abstractОстанніми роками в різних галузях наукової і практичної діяльності людини з’явилась значна кількість нових теорій і концепцій. Серед таких нововведень концепція зеленої інфраструктури. Позитивними прикладами застосування принципів зеленої інфраструктури є впровадження системи керування відходами, перехід на енергоефективні технології освітлення міст, використання електротранспорту тощо. Нині в Україні ці принципи майже не застосовують. Основні причини цього – брак фінансування екологічних проектів і низький рівень екологічної культури населення. З урахуванням нинішніх реалій застосування принципів зеленої інфра структури можна почати з локальних об’єктів, наприклад, підприємств. У світлі цього метою роботи є пошук шляхів впровадження принципів зеленої інфраструктури на підприємстві. Для досягнення зазначеної мети в роботі використаний системний підхід, що дало змогу одержати такі результати: а) визначити рівні екологічної безпеки на підприємстві та дії, які необхідно реалізовувати щодо її забезпечення; б) запропонувати узагальнену систему оцінювання екологічності підприємства у вигляді опитування; в) зробити апробацію опитування на підприємстві з випуску флексодрукованої продукції, на підставі якої визначені наявні екологічні проблеми та позначені принципи зеленої інфраструктури, які можна застосувати для їхнього вирішення. Наукова новизна полягає в такому: а) вперше запропоновано узагальнене визначення поняття «зелена інфраструктура» з урахуванням особливостей екологічних потреб українського суспільства; б) вперше застосовано принципи зеленої інфраструктури не для великих об’єктів (наприклад, міста), а для локальних (наприклад, підприємств); в) набула подальшого розвитку система з оцінювання екологічних проблем наявних на об’єкті (в рамках роботи вона представлена у вигляді опитування щодо екологічності робочого середовища, яке враховує як думку керівництва, так і працівника); г) набули подальшого розвитку заходи щодо підвищення екологічної культури населення. Практична значимість результатів така: а) виявлення наявних екологічних проблем на підприємстві через застосування загального опитування працівників і керівництва щодо їхнього бачення екологічності робочого середовища, що дало змогу визначити принципи зеленої інфраструктури, які можуть бути застосовані для його підвищення; б) через опитування привернуто увагу працівників до наявності певних екологічних проблем на підприємстві, що сприяло підвищенню рівня їхньої екологічної свідомості, а отже, і культури.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1In recent years, a large number of new theories and concepts have emerged in various fields of scientific and practical activity of humans. The concept of green infrastructure is among these innovations. The positive examples of applying green infrastructure principles are the introduction of a waste management system, the transition to the energy-efficient lighting technologies of cities, the usage of electric transport, etc. Nowadays, in Ukraine, these principles are almost not applied. The main reasons are the lack of funding for environmental projects, and the low level of ecological culture of the population. The application of green infrastructure principles can be started on a local level, for example, on an enterprise level. According to this, the purpose is to find ways of implementing green infrastructure principles in the enterprise. It is used the systematic approach to achieve this goal. The approach allowed the following results to obtain: a) it is determined the levels of environmental security at the enterprise; and it was determined the actions of ensuring environmental security; b) it is proposed a comprehensive system of an environmental assessment of the enterprise in the form of a questionnaire; c) it is done an approbation at a flexographic printing company, based on which the existing ecological problems are identified, and the green infrastructure principles that can be applied to solve them are identified. Scientific novelty of the obtained results is as follows: a) for the first time, a generalized definition of the concept of green infrastructure is proposed, taking into account the specific environmental needs of Ukrainian society; b) for the first time, green infrastructure principles are applied not to the large objects (for example, cities) but the local ones (for example, enterprises); c) it is given the further development of the system for assessing the ecological problems of the enterprise; the system is presented in the form of a questionnaire of the ecological friendliness of the workplace; the questionnaire takes into account both the opinion of enterprise management and the employee; d) it is given the further development of the measures the improvement of the ecological culture of the population. Practical importance of the results is as follows: a) the identification of existing ecological problems at the enterprise through a general questionnaire of employees and enterprise management regarding their opinions about the ecological friendliness of the working environment; it allowed determining the green infrastructure principles applying to the improvement of the ecological friendliness of the working environment at the enterprise; b) the questionnaire attracted the attention of employees to the presence of certain ecological problems at the enterprise; it helped to increase the level of their environmental consciousness, and, therefore, culture.uk_UA
