dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена вивченню теоретико-методичних положень, спрямованих на вдосконалення розвитку потенціалу туристичних підприємств і розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності. На основі результатів дослідження автором вивчено основні показники оцінки туристичної діяльності України та регіону, досліджено особливості розвитку потенціалу туристичних підприємств. Проаналізовано сучасний стан і проблеми розвитку туристичної галузі в Україні, досліджено загальну характеристику туристичної галузі Миколаївської області. Зокрема, досліджено географічну структуру туристичних потоків іноземних громадян, які відвідали Україну, і те, з яких країн їх більшість. Крім того, приведено аналіз засобів їх розміщення в Миколаївській області та виявлено перспективні напрями розвитку туристичної галузі. На думку авторів, до них найбільшою мірою належить зелений туризм, тому в статті цьому напряму приділена особлива увага. Виявлено, що Україна має достатньо умов для розвитку міжнародного туризму: вигідне геополітичне розміщення, великий туристично-рекреаційний потенціал, сприятливий клімат, велику кількість лікувально-курортних ресурсів, численні родовища мінеральних вод і лікувальних грязей, багату флору і фауну, наявність культурно-історичних пам’яток світового рівня. Здійснивши аналіз сучасного стану потенціалу розвитку туристичних підприємств, визначили, що проблемними питаннями розвитку туристичної сфери України є брак інформації про Україну, слабкий розвиток туристичної інфраструктури, незадовільна екологічна обстановка, загальний низький рівень розвитку економіки в Україні, незадовільний стан туристичних рекреаційних ресурсів, стереотипи радянських стандартів і механізмів в управлінні та розвитку сфери туризму, недовіра іноземних держав до українських туристів, недосконале організаційне й нормативно-правове забезпечення туристичної галузі України. Тому, визначивши основні позитивні та негативні вектори розвитку туризму, ми запропонували напрями вдосконалення організації туристичної діяльності України на прикладі зарубіжних країн, удосконалили напрями розвитку туристичної галузі Миколаївської області й розробили програми активного відпочинку з метою покращення якості туристичних послуг.uk_UA
dc.description.abstract1The work is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological provisions aimed at improving the potential of tourism enterprises and developing practical recommendations for improving their competitiveness. Based on the results of the study, the author has studied the main indicators of the evaluation of tourism activity of Ukraine and the region, and explored the features of the development of the potential of tourism enterprises. The present state and problems of development of tourist industry in Ukraine are analyzed, the general characteristic of tourist industry of the Nikolaev area is investigated. In particular, the geographical structure of tourist flows of foreign nationals who have visited Ukraine and from which countries they are the majority is explored. Besides, the analysis of means of their placement in the Nikolaev area is given and the perspective directions of development of tourist industry are revealed. According to the authors, green tourism is the most relevant to them, so special attention is paid to this article. It is revealed that Ukraine has sufficient conditions for the development of international tourism: favorable geopolitical location, great tourist and recreational potential, favorable climate, a large number of health resorts, numerous mineral and mud deposits, rich flora and fauna, the presence of cultural and historical memory world level. Having analyzed the current state of development potential of tourism enterprises and determined that the problematic issues of development of the tourist sphere of Ukraine are: lack of information about Ukraine, poor development of tourist infrastructure, unsatisfactory environmental situation, general low level of economic development in Ukraine, unsatisfactory state of tourist recreational resources, stereotypes of Soviet standards and mechanisms in the management and development of tourism, mistrust of foreign countries to Ukrainian tourists, imperfect organizational and regulatory support for the tourism industry in Ukraine. Therefore, having identified the main positive and negative vectors of tourism development, we proposed directions for improving the organization of tourist activity of Ukraine on the example of foreign countries, improved directions for the development of the tourism industry of the Mykolaiv region and developed programs for active leisure in order to improve the quality of tourist services.uk_UA
